Lease Commencement Date
A lease commencement date of 1 January 2027.
Access Date
Access for fitout will be required from Q2 2026 with the ability to trade from the premises upon the completion of fitout works.
Lease Term
An initial lease term of 10 years will be considered with option/s and early break provisions from Year 6.
Premises Condition
An existing fitout will be considered – preference for a modern office intensive fitout comprising of approx. 25 offices and 100 workstations.

Expansion Rights
Buildings that can offer the opportunity to expand during the lease term would be well regarded.

Our client requires reimbursement of their professional occupier advisory fees.
